ENGDelivery and Returns
Each our product is unique as it is handmade. Most of our products (candles, soaps and wax melts) we are creating for individual order. We are preparing order within 2-5 working days since the day of ordering. Due to unforeseen circumstances order can be delayed. In this case we will inform you in a timely manner.
For delivery usually we are using Latvian Post or courier services as DPD, UPS, DHL, or other depending on destination country.
We are offering returns and exchange of damaged products. Please inform us within 14 days after delivery, by sending email to: whitelilineu@gmail.com. Send back damaged products within 30 days from delivery. Returned product and package must be same quality as it was received. Before return, please send photos with product and package and state the reasons of return.
Please let us know if there are problems with your order.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the product is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss of value.
